"IMPLAI TECH" SRL is an IT company registered as resident of the MITP Park of Moldova (https://mitp.md/). IT activities, creative industry and research and development activities (based on specialised high-performance computing equipment) can be carried out within MITP. MITP is an IT Park that offers a series of benefits for IT companies, like virtual presence, simplified administration and reduced tax burden. Eligible activities are listed in Article 8 of Law 77/2016 on IT parks must generate at least 70% of the resident's turnover. They refer to the CAEM-2 and CSPM rev. 2, harmonised with similar classifiers applicable at the European and international levels.
